I am a graduate of Bonham High School, class of 1989. After high school, I attended Austin College for 2 years before earning a degree in Kinesiology from East Texas State University.

My wife, Kelly, is the BISD Superintendent and we’ve been married for 27 years. Our daughter, Kylee, is a junior at BHS where she plays volleyball, runs track, and is a varsity cheerleader. Our son, Kade, coaches football and track at BHS and works in our special education program. 

I enjoy watching sports, listening to 80’s music, hunting, fishing, and camping.
