I have served for 28 years in the field of education, and I am beginning my 24th year in Bonham ISD. This year I am excited to be teaching Algebra II, AP Statistics, and Pre-Calculus.
My experience is primarily in teaching High School Mathematics grades 9-12, but I also have served previously as a School Counselor, Special Education Counselor, Math Curriculum Specialist, Instructional Technologist, and District Testing Coordinator. In addition to Bonham ISD, I have also served in Dodd City ISD, Wolfe City ISD, and Whitewright ISD.
Awards and Recognitions
I have lived in a small community called Gober for all of my life. I went to school and graduated from Bonham High School, and attended Texas A&M University in Commerce. I married my high school sweetheart, Jeff, and we have been married for 26 years. We have 3 awesome boys. They are Nik (college), Jake (college), and Luke (12th grade). My family loves living the country life. We also love animals!! We have 13 dogs and 2 cats!
I love sports, particularly baseball and basketball. I am a huge Dallas Mavericks and Texas Rangers fan. I absolutely love animals, and I train and raise dogs as a hobby. I enjoy cooking and more than anything, I love spending time with my family.
