Bonham Sports Strength & Conditioning
This will be a six-week strength and conditioning program for ALL athletes. This is the most important preparation your student athlete can do, to prepare for the school year. Please make this a priority for your Warrior! Make sure athletes have athletic clothing and shoes for each day. Cleats are encouraged but not required for running on the football field. We look forward to working with your student-athlete!

- Times- Boy's Session 8-9:30 on Mondays, 8:00-9:00 T/W/R
Girl's Session 9:30-11:00 on Mondays, 9:00-10:00 T/W/R
- Grades- Incoming 7th graders-Incoming 12th graders
- Cost- Free
